Hello, my friends! July begins and that means two things: a very cold weather in Argentina and the arrival of the entire circuit of Store Qualifiers, City Tours and Nationals to qualify for the Pro Tour, with the return of tabletop premier play.
As you already know (and if you don’t, that’s what this article is for), this qualification path starts with the qualifiers in the local stores, they are open to everyone, and you advance to the Regional of your area by winning the event.
For example, in South America the Regional will be played in Santiago de Chile, on December 3 and 4, and it will be Pioneer.
In the qualifying events (Store Qualifiers, City Tours and Nationals), they will distribute promo cards: Lava Spike and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, in foil and non-foil versions, depending on the event.

Regional Championship Qualifiers
Regional Championship Qualifiers are largely held at the WPN store level and are organized by regional tournament organizers:
USA – Dreamhack
Canada – Face to Face Games
Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) – Legacy
Australia/New Zealand – Good Games
China – Kadou
Japan/Korea – Big Magic
Southeast Asia – Oracle Events
Chinese Taipei – Game Square
Brazil – City Class Games
Mexico/Central America/Caribbean – Yellow Rabbit
South America – Magicsur
If you win your Regional Championship, you’ll earn a qualification straight to the World Championship on top of your Pro Tour invite!!!
Each Regional Championship is a major Magic event and although it’s not an open tournament like a Grand Prix (please, please, Wizards, make Grand Prix again), it will be the “gathering” point for each region to meet in person after two years of the pandemic.
In addition, in the Regional Championship they give each competitor this sweet planewalker: Teferi, Hero of Dominaria.

Do you have everything ready to return to the competition? Are you going to play a Store Qualifier?
Double Master 2022 “Prerelease”
Double Master 2022 went from hated to highly coveted as the spoilers came in and out. And the reason is obvious: the set includes excellent reprints for Commander and Modern.
Although the actual release date is July 8, WPN Premium Preview Weekends start on July 1.
These events will be like a prerelease, and the stores can make draft or sealed deck, at the choice of its players and organizers. Also, for participating in these events you will receive not one, but two promos!!!

Hot, Hot Cards in Double Master
These are some of the cards that can be opened in Double Master 2022 and they are beautiful!

Well, my friends, that’s all for this week. Good luck in the next events and hopefully we’ll run into each other soon in a Magic game, be it in MTGA, in a store or, why not, in the Regional Championship or Pro Tour!
